What Our Club Offers
TWO NEW CLASSES starting Thursday 20 February 2025
10 am to 11 am: Mobility Circuit
A fun, energizing class for adults 50+ looking to improve mobility. You move through a variety of stations each for 45–60 seconds, with a mix of strength, balance and flexibility exercises. Enjoy great music and a supportive group environment while working at your own pace.
11:30 am to 12:30 pm: Stretch Class
Stretching becomes even more critical after 50. You can improve your flexibility. It won’t take long to notice increased flexibility, no matter how stiff you are. With time and effort, the muscles and joints will respond. Please bring a mat if you have one.
Both classes will be run by our new instructor Raquel who comes with a wealth of experience in these areas.
